Our Speaker Clayres Johnson specializes in cancer care navigation to support breast cancer patients at Sentara Leigh Hospital and Sentara Brock Cancer Center. She is a Sentara Oncology Nurse Navigator based out of Sentara McLeskey Comprehensive Breast Center.
She will discuss how an Oncology Nurse Navigator may be helpful for you.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
✓ Education and referrals to resources to help you best understand and cope with a cancer diagnosis,
management, post-treatment care, and survivorship.
✓ How to receive assistance in the coordination of care and helping you overcome potential barriers and challenges.
