What You’ll Need Before Submitting

Please have the following ready:

• A high-resolution image of your artwork (JPEG or PNG, minimum 2000px on the longest side)
• Title of the piece
• Medium
• Sizes (Height × Width × Depth, in inches)
• Prices
• Short and long descriptions of the work
• Short artist bio

If you are submitting a correction to an existing listing, please indicate that in the form.

One Artwork Per Submission

Please submit one artwork per form. If you are submitting multiple works, simply submit the form again for each additional piece. This ensures each artwork receives its own complete record and helps us process submissions more accurately and efficiently.

Important

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

• You are the creator of the work (or authorized representative)
• You grant Aspire Art Gallery permission to use the image and description for exhibition, marketing, and sales purposes
